Our Texas team participated in the Land Stewardship Youth Day Camp at the Rob & Bessie Welder Wildlife Foundation, connecting with students eager to learn about land management and natural resource careers.

Prescribed Fire & Career Roundtable Highlights

• Rangeland Management in Action: Attendees observed a mock prescribed burn demonstration, seeing firsthand how fire functions as a natural tool to rejuvenate Texas rangelands and improve wildlife habitat.

• Industry Career Panel: Students gathered for a roundtable discussion on natural resource career paths, daily responsibilities in the field, and the rewards of working in conservation.
