Public Access
Looking for hunting access in Texas? We’ve teamed up with LeaseFinderTX to provide a free, comprehensive resource for hunters. Whether you are exploring Public WMAs, applying for TPWD drawn permit hunts, or seeking a private lease, LeaseFinderTX makes finding your next spot in the field easy.
PF/QF support public hunting access nationwide through two main programs. Though not yet active in Texas, expanding here is a primary goal. As both of these young programs continue to grow, we encourage interested landowners with qualifying acreage to contact our Texas team or visit our national website for details.
Build A Wildlife Area (BAWA)
BAWA leverages investments from partner organizations and grassroots donations to strategically target, acquire fee-title properties, and enhance habitats that secure public access for hunting, fishing, and outdoor recreation. We are actively bidding on high-priority land acquisition projects and look forward to expanding these opportunities across Texas
BAWA has permanently protected almost 250K acres across 17 states
