As the statewide Rx Fire Coordinator, Will works directly with farmers and ranchers all across Texas to safely plan and implement prescribed burns. Will emphasizes that successful habitat management requires patience and persistence, and his favorite part of the job is working alongside a dedicated team committed to restoring Texas landscapes.
